Turns a thesis into a section-by-section skeleton. No prose gets written here — that's [post-draft](../post-draft/SKILL.md)'s job.

## Steps

1. Get the chosen angle/thesis. If it's missing or still vague, send it back to [post-ideate](../post-ideate/SKILL.md) rather than outlining a fuzzy claim.
2. Read one or two existing posts in `app/posts/` closest in topic or shape to this one, purely for structure: how they open (this corpus tends to open on a concrete scene or specific fact, not a general statement), how many `##` sections they use, how evidence and footnotes land inside a section, how they close.
3. Produce the outline: a working title, then each `##` section as one line stating the claim or beat it carries, with `[cite]` marked wherever a number, quote, or claim will need a source.
4. Note the intended opening move and closing move explicitly — these posts earn their ending, they don't just stop.
5. Stop before writing prose.
